• In-Stock Items: Products that are currently available in our inventory for immediate purchase and shipment.

• Sourcing Services: The process by which Vintaré seeks and procures specific items requested by customers from trusted third-party suppliers.

• Buyer: Any individual or entity purchasing products from Vintaré.

4. Use of the Website

• Eligibility to Purchase:
  By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.

5. Sourcing Service

• Requesting a Sourced Item:
  If an item is not in stock, you may submit a request for us to source it on your behalf. Once we receive your request, we will begin searching for the item from our network of trusted suppliers. We will only proceed with sourcing after full payment has been processed.

• Sourcing Fees and Prices:
  The price for a sourced item is dependent on the market rate at the time of sourcing. Prices may vary based on availability and other factors. Once the item is sourced, the final price will be confirmed and agreed upon with you.

• Sourcing Timeframe:
  Sourcing timeframes may vary. While we strive to source items in a timely manner, Vintaré does not guarantee a specific delivery date. If we are unable to source the item, we will notify you promptly and may offer alternatives or a refund.

6. No Refunds Policy

• No Refunds on Purchased Items:
  Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Vintaré operates a strict no-refund policy. Once your purchase is confirmed (whether for in-stock or sourced items), you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

• Exceptions:
  As all products are thoroughly vetted and inspected by Vintaré before being shipped, we do not offer refunds or returns for in-stock or sourced items. If you receive a product that you believe is not as described or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Since we inspect all items before they are shipped, any issues found post-delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Cancellations:
  You may cancel an in-stock item order within 24 hours of confirmation. Once an order for a sourced item is confirmed and the sourcing process has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing:
  All prices listed on Vintaré are in GBP and inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices may be subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in the market or sourcing costs. The price will be confirmed at the point of checkout.

• Payment:
  Full payment is required before processing any order. Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers. Vintaré accepts all major credit and debit cards.

• Currency:
  Transactions will be conducted in GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your payment provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion.
